Estuary is excited to announce their new Chef de Cuisine, Arturo Elias.
Chef Elias, renowned for his vibrant leadership and exceptional culinary skills, brings over a decade of experience from prestigious roles at five-star establishments most recently at the Hay Adams Hotel.
Estuary celebrates contemporary American cuisine, embracing the rich bounty of the Chesapeake region. Chef Arturo brings his Mexican heritage into every dish, adding bold, flavorful twists to traditional Mid-Atlantic fare. Some new additions to the menu include the Virginia Corn Chowder, Chesapeake Scallop Crudo, Citrus Cured Blue Fin Tuna, Chesapeake Rock Fish with succotash and corn broth, and Seared Duck Breast with dark chocolate and black cherry glaze.
