Warm Your Soul This Month with DBGB’s Cassoulet

For the month of January, DBGB will be featuring the regional French classic—Cassoulet.

Their cassoulet is a sumptuous intermingling of duck confit, pork belly, Toulouse sausage, Lyonnaise sausage, and braised lamb navarin slow cooked with Tarbais beans.

Every element layers a deep, hearty flavor into the dish, coming together as a robust stew meant to be shared with friends and loved ones. They highly recommend pairing the dish with a bottle of red wine from their extensive collection.

Guests can savor this rich, comforting dish that Julia Child refers to as “the best of bean feasts…everyday fare for a peasant but ambrosia for a gastronome” all month long at DBGB.

Cassoulet ($34) will be available for dinner only.
